I am a night owl so I can generally be reached by email up until 1:30 a.m. eastern time zone. If you have a question at midnight, I don't mind. If you contact me after 1:30 a.m. or while I'm away from the store during the day, please allow ample time for a response. I would never ignore an inquiry email, so if you don't hear back from me within 4 hours there is a good reason for it (I'm asleep, with family, or running errands) and I will get back with you as soon as I can.
