Here at Unicorn Dreams Beadery, my goal is to provide all customers with a pleasant shopping experience. I operate my business in the up most professional manner, all customers are treated with courtesy with personal one on one customer service should it be needed.

♥~~~~~RETURNS POLICY~~~~~♥
7 DAY RETURNS:
All items in my store are new, but if you are unsatisfied you have the option to return a product to me within 7 days from the date your order arrives to you. I will use the package tracking information for the date of arrival, and that's when your 7 days will begin. Clothing and wearable accessories are NON-returnable.
Please contact me within 48 hours after your order arrives to request a return if needed, it will make the returns process go quickly and smoothly for us both if done in a timely manner. I cannot accept return requests made after the 7 day period. Please contact me before sending anything back to me. I need to be made aware of your intended return.
A) Buyer agrees to pay return shipping costs for any merchandise that is sent back to me unless the return is being made due to a mistake that I made (see below).
B) Buyer will be issued a refund for the price of the items that are returned only. I cannot refund the original shipping costs for your order as the post office will not refund them to me either.
C) Refunds will be issued AFTER the returned items have arrived back to my location and the buyer agrees to purchase additional package tracking for their return, so there will be proof that the item was actually shipped. This is for both mine and your safety. If the buyer does not purchase tracking for their return, I cannot be held liable if the return becomes lost during shipment. Tracking only costs around 80 cents extra at the postal counter.
D) If a customer returns an entire order to me, there will be a restocking fee of 75 cents to $1.50 (depending on the total purchase amount of your order) deducted from your refund amount.
E) All returned items MUST be in their original packaging, bag, or box and items that come with a tag must have the tag still attached. Items must NOT have been used or opened in a way where the packaging was damaged and non-resealable because I will relist your items for sale and I only want to offer new and flawless items. If returning a set, craft kit, or bag of beads, all original contents must be present. I know the exact weight and items count of all bead bags, sets, etc. so I will be able to tell if a piece is missing. If your item came with a gift pouch or box it must also be included with your return.
EXCHANGES:
I do not offer exchanges at this time. Many of my items are available in quantities of ONE only, so I cannot guarantee I will have the same product you ordered still in stock when you request the return.
♥~~~~~DAMAGED ITEMS~~~~~♥
I take the up most care when packing my items and I have been complimented by many customers in my other stores about my safe packing efforts. However, If an item arrives to you damaged at the fault of the post office please contact me within 48 hours after receipt of your order to discuss your options.
♥~~~~~ORDER MISTAKES~~~~~♥
If I make a mistake with your order, contact me as soon as you can after your order is received and I will correct any issues you may have had. If the mistake requires you to mail something back to me and the mistake was clearly my fault, I will reimburse your return postage costs in the form of a refund which will be credited back to your credit card or Paypal account.
If I have to mail a replacement item to you because of a mistake that I made, I will pay for the postage out of my own pocket. I understand that life is busy for most of us and you may not have time to contact me right away if you experience a problem, but please extend some courtesy to me and contact me within 48 hours if you can. Thanks!

If you are paying with Paypal please check your shipping address in your Paypal account for accuracy before making a payment to make sure your address is correct. For customers using Paypal I ship ONLY to the address on file with your Paypal account even if you provide a different address in the ecrater checkout. Paypal requires me to ship to your Paypal verified address.
If paying with credit card direct instead, make sure the address you provide me with during checkout is correct. Double check for typos and incorrect zip codes. I am not liable for any return postage costs that may be incurred if your order is sent back to me or lost in the mail as a result of an address error that I did not make. ♥~~~~~OTHER INFORMATION TO KNOW~~~~~♥
*Please do not return or send any items back to my location without first speaking to me. I need to be made aware that you are making a return as I have a returns procedure that must be followed.
*I do not accept returns for size and fit issues of jewelry or belts. All measurements provided are exact and accurate so the buyer is expected to compare their body measurements to the measurements provided in the listing for those items.
*Shipping times may be longer than usual during the December holiday month.
*All orders are shipped same if they are placed before the daily cut-off time which is 2:00 p.m. EST Monday-Friday and 11:30 a.m. Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday will be shipped next day.
